These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of KLOUT’s website, coaching programs, consulting services, and business automation systems (including WhatsApp integrations). By using any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Operate a legitimate video production or creative business

  • Agree to these terms and any applicable agreements or invoices

Services We Provide

Our services may include:

  • Strategic consulting and business audits

  • Custom systems and automation builds

  • Access to training, templates, and private communities

  • Use of our proprietary WhatsApp integrations, AI agents, and CRM tools

These services are delivered as coaching, done-for-you, or hybrid formats depending on your package.

Use of WhatsApp and Messaging Systems

You may only use our WhatsApp automation tools in compliance with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy. Misuse, spam, or unauthorized messaging may result in immediate suspension of access.

Payments and Billing

  • All services are pre-paid or invoiced under a clear agreement.

  • Payment plans must be honored in full once started.

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension and legal collection processes.

No refunds are issued unless explicitly stated in your signed agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content, tools, training materials, systems, and automations provided by KLOUT are owned by KLOUT. You may not reproduce, resell, or repurpose our IP without written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or revoke access to services if:

  • You violate these terms

  • You breach Meta or WhatsApp’s platform policies

  • You misuse or misrepresent our systems or brand

Limitation of Liability

KLOUT is not liable for:

  • Downtime or limitations of Meta, WhatsApp, or third-party services

  • Results not achieved due to lack of client implementation

  • Business losses due to misuse or misunderstanding of our strategies

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as needed. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with the legal framework of this jurisdiction.
